What API Key permissions are needed to use the app?
On the klaviyo account you want to use, go to Settings > API Keys > Create Private API Key with the following permissions:
Accounts – Read Access
Flows – Full Access
Forms – Full Access
List – Full Access
Segments – Full Access
Campaigns – Full Access

What does this app do?
This app lets you manage your Klaviyo campaigns, flows, lists, and segments directly inside Shopify. It saves you time by keeping all your marketing tools in one place.
Do I need a Klaviyo account to use this app?
Yes. You’ll need an active Klaviyo account to connect. Once linked, you can access and manage your Klaviyo activity from your Shopify admin.
Is this app free to use?
Yes. The app is available on a free plan, so you can connect Klaviyo and manage your marketing at no cost.
Does installing this app change my Klaviyo settings?
No. The app doesn’t override your Klaviyo settings. It simply provides a convenient way to view and manage your data inside Shopify.
Do I still need to log into Klaviyo?
You may still log into Klaviyo for using the visit buttons, but most tasks can be done directly inside Shopify.

Important note: Shoviyo does not collect, store, or share your store’s customer information. All customer data remains securely within Shopify and Klaviyo.
How We Use Information
We only use the data made available to us by Shopify and Klaviyo to:
- Provide and operate the App within your Shopify admin
- Enable you to view and manage Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and lists directly in Shopify
- Maintain and improve the functionality of the App
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or resale.
Sharing Your Information
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may only disclose information when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

Please note that because Shoviyo does not store customer data, requests related to customer records must be handled through Shopify or Klaviyo directly.
